Pause cycle counting

You can pause or suspend your cycle count schedule for any reason, such as key personnel vacation time. Pausing the schedule prevents the workload backing up.

1. Go to Product > Schedule Cycle Count..
2. In the Warehouse box, click and select the warehouse for which you want to pause cycle counting.
3. From the Pause until calender, choose the date on which you want to resume the cycle counting schedule.

   

4. Click Save.

   Inform ERP pauses all cycle counting jobs until the selected date.
