You can view and update serial numbers associated with products. Once assigned, use serial numbers to track a product's lifecycle through inventory, sales, purchase orders, work orders, repairs, stock transfers, etc.
- Edit a product as described in Create and edit products.
- Click the Analysis tab.
- Click the Serial Numbers tab.
- To add, update, delete, or view the serial number through it's lifecycle, click the link in the Serial Number column or click the Update Serial Numbers button. See Track inventory by serial number.
- To view details about the warehouse where this product is stored, click the link in the Warehouse column.
- Click Save.
