Inform enables schedule and monitor system jobs.
To schedule a job
Go to Utilities > Phantom Monitor, and then click the Scheduled Jobs tab.
All scheduled jobs appear.
Modify the schedule of the following jobs

| Automatic back order release | Checks for back ordered item quantities that have been recently received. If any such items are found, Inform ERP automatically prints Sales Order pick tickets along with a report of the released items | Nightly | Configure automatic backorder release by branch |
| Future Price Rollup Update | Updates the price rollup formulas that you have set for a future date. | Nightly. | Set a price roll-up schedule |
| Re-index Inventory Forecast | once a week on a non-business day. | ||

| Schedule Cycle Count | Runs the cycle count. Make sure that the schedule you select matches the Yearly Count Days. For example, if your Yearly count is 52, then schedule this job to run weekly. | Based on your Cycle Count | Configure and run cycle counting |
